Dominique in valet was such a bright spot. She remembered our names, brought the car around quickly, and was very sweet and helpful. Everyone else we met was friendly too. The hotel was clean and family-friendly, and we loved the outdoor space and pool. The gym was great as well.

We felt well looked after throughout our stay at Hilton. Joanne welcomed us at the front desk with a smile and was so kind and attentive to our baby, which meant a lot. At the restaurant, Jesus was quick, friendly, and attentive, and his pleasant conversation made our meals even better. Ümit at the hotel bar was just as welcoming and professional, and made us feel comfortable whenever we stopped in. Thanks to the team for the thoughtful hospitality.

Our holiday and strategy meeting with my District Manager team went smoothly, even after I added my Sr. Managing Director at the last minute and needed extra time in the space. Michelle Alegria, Sr. Catering Manager, simply said “no problem,” and Mario Mejia, the Restaurant Manager, helped keep everything on track. They had arranged restaurant space for both an afternoon meeting and breakfast, and each came by in person to check on me and the team. I’d had such a good experience at the Hilton in Culver City about a month earlier that I brought the whole team back. Michelle listened carefully, responded promptly, and was accommodating from the beginning. As someone who works in sales and client experience, I was impressed by that personal attention. The hotel is lovely, the amenities are great, and the restaurant food is excellent. We all felt taken care of. I’d recommend it for a stay, meeting, or event.

Joanna and the front desk team showed real care when I came back from basketball with a pretty severe cut on my arm. They moved quickly and helped as much as they could, with so much kindness. That meant a lot to me. The property is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, but the staff are what make this place special. Every interaction was warm, professional, and accommodating. I felt at home from the moment I walked in. I can’t thank Joanna and the whole team enough, and I’ll absolutely be back.
