The location is great, and the staff are nice. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, and the rooms are nice too. But if you work the night shift at nearby Northside Hospital, they honor the employee discount but won't allow early check-in, even after you've worked 12 hours overnight. They make you wait until 11am. Other hotels nearby honor the discount and allow early check-in without a problem, especially when you're checking out early too. I understand the Hampton Inn employees can only do what management allows.

Jeffry was so nice and awesome, and he really made my family's stay. This is one of my favorite Hampton Inns now, since we only stay at Hampton Inn. Thank you for having such a great employee and a clean hotel. Jeffry deserves a raise. 10/10, we'll be back if we're ever passing through.

The room was well appointed and very clean. Jeffery greeted me warmly at the front desk, then graciously helped sort out a third-party booking snafu. I'm grateful for his hospitality and professional expertise.

During my extended stay at Hampton Inn in Cumming Ga, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and, above all, quiet. Weekend breakfast was a great way to start the day. The staff always greeted me with a smile and welcomed me back whenever I came through the door. My favorite front desk host was Jeffry. He'd ask how my day was, and we'd get into a good conversation about all kinds of things. He has a great sense of humor and dry wit. Everyone was eager to help make my stay as comfortable as possible.

The fire inspector came to our room wanting to inspect while we were still in it, even though they could have waited until checkout. Housekeeping also pretty much opened our door at 9:30am, while checkout wasn't until 11am. The AC wasn't working when we arrived, and we were going to push through it, but maintenance came by without us complaining and said they'd fixed it. That made it seem like the front desk already knew the room's AC was broken and gave it to us anyway. It was a disappointing experience, and I really expected better.
