Getting around was easy, with restaurants and main roads close by. A good reliable option nearby if you want a stay without surprises. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. My room was clean, quiet, and well cared for. The bed was really comfortable and everything worked as expected. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was a decent part of the stay. We had a spacious 2 Queen suite this past weekend, a good size for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, and cleanliness was okay, acceptable for a 2.5- to 3-star hotel, though not great. There was a strange damp, muggy smell outside the room. It wasn't bad enough to make us leave, but I would've rated the room four stars if not for that, so I took one off. What really surprised us was the service and breakfast. As a Gold Elite member, I've never had trouble getting a little extra time at checkout before. I understand being told no if a hotel is full, but we only asked for 30-60 more minutes. The refusal itself wasn't what caught us off guard. The woman or manager at the desk was extremely rude and seemed not to care. I'm surprised to see a front desk manager like that in customer service. Don't be fooled by the “continental breakfast.” The juice machine automatically added about 75% water. When I asked them to look into why it tasted bad, they said the manager had approved it and nothing could be done. It was like drinking 25% juice and 75% water. The eggs were half-cooked and seemed underdone, the bread was stale, and the potatoes looked like they were from two days ago. The rest was terrible, so my kids, wife, and I drove to another city to find breakfast. I think the coffee was fresh. I wanted to give an honest review, not an angry one. Based on the earlier reviews, we'd expected something different and were completely surprised. The service was horrible and the food was terrible, even though the rooms were decent. I'd pay more to stay elsewhere, since we'd have to stop somewhere for breakfast anyway. First stay and last.

The pullout couch bed was surprisingly comfortable, and there was an extra pillow and sheets in the closet. The hotel service was amazing, and the shower was great. The pool was really fun, a bit small but kid friendly. The view wasn't the best, but that's okay. I'd definitely recommend it for short or long trips. Five stars from me! Written by an 11 year old.

Breakfast was good, and they had Texas shaped waffles. The ice maker worked, and the laundry machines were fairly priced. I wish there were vending machines, though, instead of having to depend on the downstairs pantry. We stayed for 5 nights. The room could use a little work: one light didn't work, and there was a small split in the shower wall that a spider came through one day.

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices, including hot items. The staff were very helpful during our weekend of graduation. A couple of room issues kept it to four stars: the light between the beds didn't work properly, the plug-ins were dead, and the bathtub was a bit slippery.
