Hyatt House San Jose / Cupertino

Bhuwan and Kelly at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating during my first stay at Hyatt House Cupertino. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, and the location was great. Even though the hotel is next to the freeway, the rooms kept the noise out quite well. I also liked the gym, heated pool, complimentary breakfast, and fast wifi compared with other Hyatt’s I’ve stayed at. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it.

We were visiting family and really enjoyed our stay. Having a kitchenette in the room made traveling with our baby much easier. The hotel was quiet, with lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Breakfast was great, and the free omelet bar was a nice extra. We’d definitely stay again.

I meant to write this right after our stay, because Amber’s customer service was incredible. She’d only recently started as a hotel hostess, but her etiquette was the best I’ve seen from anyone. She was phenomenal, and I watched her give the same great service to other people too. She’s a real asset to the company. Thank you, Amber. She should work for President Trump because she’d be an asset to his hotels.

The studio made travel feel more like being at home, with its kitchen and living room instead of just a room to sleep in. The location was very convenient for my business trip. Breakfast was pretty good and had plenty of choices, including rice and miso soup, which you don’t often find at places with only a Continental-style breakfast.
