Juniper Hotel Cupertino, Curio Collection by Hilton

I’ve stayed here regularly for ten years, and the front desk staff have always been kind and helpful. The staff are generally friendly to people coming in, and this driver was a sharp contrast. He was incredibly rude, the worst staff member I’ve encountered. That’s not the way a service worker should treat people.

The follow-up after my stay was as upsetting as the privacy breach itself. I reported what happened at checkout, and the front desk said it would be passed to management. More than 48 hours later, I still had no response, formal apology, or resolution. On January 12, 2026, around 10:30 AM, a housekeeper tried to enter our room while the Do Not Disturb sign was clearly up and well before checkout. I hadn’t asked for housekeeping or an early checkout. My family and I were inside, and the incident left us shocked and concerned about our safety and privacy. I’m a Hilton Gold member, and basic guest privacy and security should be expected, especially at an upscale Curio Collection property. I’ve had a similar issue at another Curio Collection property before, which makes me question Hilton’s operating standards. When traveling with family, safety and privacy are non-negotiable. This has badly damaged my trust in Juniper Hotel Cupertino, Curio Collection by Hilton and the Hilton brand. I can’t recommend this hotel until it shows real accountability and improves its guest safety procedures.

My room was clean, lovely, and well kept, and the shower had the strongest water pressure I can remember getting at a hotel. But what made the stay for me was the welcome. After a hard day traveling from Philadelphia through Chicago, Latoya and Umber were smiling, warm, and so easy to talk to. They got me laughing and helped me relax. They said I could unload my bag by the entrance while they kept an eye on it as I parked, and told me parking outside was free. The restaurant was about to close, so I missed it, but there were wraps and other snacks, coffee, drinks, and wine and alcoholic beverages available. Checkout was easy, with the front desk taking care of everything. The staff were exceptional. If you want a relaxing place in the middle of Cupertino, Juniper is a great choice. I’ll come back on my next visit.

We had a catered dinner at The Juniper during our small team meeting, and the food and room were both just right. The team was helpful and quick to respond from the beginning through the end of planning. Choosing this hotel and venue was the best call I made. I loved the whole experience and would absolutely work with the Juniper crew again.
