Best Western Plus North Canton Inn & Suites

I don't usually leave reviews, but Darcie (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) really went out of her way to help me out of a terrible Airbnb situation while I was visiting. The whole crew deserves thanks: the housekeepers kept the hotel immaculate, and my room was in great shape, which I noticed especially since I used to work at a hotel. Breakfast was delicious too, with the sweet woman serving it always smiling. Thanks, guys. I'll be back soon! -MM

The staff were nice, the room was clean, and the bathroom was huge. We liked this place more than the Hilton we stayed at near Cincinnati back in September.

There were bugs everywhere, and the place smelled like mold and smoke. Broken pieces were scattered around too. We got our money back and left less than an hour after arriving. The room and hotel were awful. A safety notice said they could search us at any time and come in even if our privacy sign was up.

Breakfast was the best part of the stay, and the hotel itself was clean, but every room smelled horrible. People had been smoking in their rooms before we arrived, despite this being a non-smoking hotel. We were in town for a tournament and paid for 36 nights as a team. Before the trip, the front desk woman hung up on us several times when we called to add nights. Then the desk didn't honor one of our reservations, so a team member's family had to drive 45 minutes into Cleveland to find a hotel. The same woman was incredibly rude to them and wouldn't take responsibility for the hotel's mistake. The front desk staff need customer service training. Our team won't return, and we'll advise the tournament to take this hotel off its approved list.
