The breakfast was a letdown. Waffles were the only thing I felt like eating. The milk was in the refrigerator, but I couldn’t tell how long it had been sitting there warm. The bread was left open and had gone hard, and the biscuits were rock-hard with dried-out gravy. I didn’t trust the cereal either, since it looked pretty dried out. At least the bed was very comfortable. I really needed a good night’s sleep after a long day.

I appreciated that the staff lent me a laptop charger when I needed one. Check-in was smooth, and the room was spacious and clean. Still, breakfast was disappointing, with no eggs, and the third-floor corridor where I stayed had a very strong smell. Tea was out on the first morning. Reception said it wasn’t available, and when I asked again the next morning, the receptionist argued that they’d ordered it but hadn’t received it. After I pressed the issue, tea was available within an hour. I found the whole exchange quite unprofessional.

The hallway smell was really strong, and breakfast had no water or almost anything else. The room needs maintenance, and there was no hair dryer or iron. Find somewhere better, this isn’t worth the price.

My room was dirty, and the staff were very unprofessional. They accused me of smoking, which I don’t do, because there was old tobacco in a full bag inside a closed trash bag. They kept my deposit over it. The Indian man said something about cameras in the rooms, which is illegal as far as I know, but I don’t know what that was about. Don’t book here, they’ll look for any reason to take your deposit.
