The team at Casa Duro kept in touch and made everything easy, from check-in through checkout. They answered our questions right away, were accommodating, and made us feel looked after. My partner Noelle and I loved the place. It's stylish and distinctive, with thoughtfully designed spaces that are well maintained. Our suite was large, spotless, and comfortable, with details that made it feel both welcoming and luxurious. The whole property was calm, clean, and beautiful, a lovely place to relax. We'd happily come back and recommend it.

We booked two rooms at Casa Duro after seeing it on TikTok, and it lived up to what we hoped for. My son and daughter-in-law were there on their wedding day, and the place worked perfectly for our small reception. We had a private chef, the food was amazing, and servers brought each course to our private dining room. It was quiet and comfortable on the Wednesday we stayed, with little traffic on the street. I imagine weekends get crowded and busy. The king-size bed and fluffy pillows made for a great night's sleep. I'd give it more stars if I could.

The room was awesome, and the location was perfect for getting around Dallas. The cafe and restaurant downstairs were both amazing. We did have several crickets show up in our bed, and saw 15 over three days. Luckily, we're not anti-cricket.

I booked at the last minute, but nobody sent me instructions for getting in or even my room number. I was dropped off with my luggage at night and left standing in the back. The place felt scary and didn't seem like a hotel. I called four times with no answer. Do not book here. Now I'm out $700? I need to report them ASAP.

Freaking awesome, lol. A really cool loft above a great restaurant, in a great location. Couldn't ask for a better stay. This is our new go-to getaway spot.
