The room setup was convenient, with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, and housekeeping kept things tidy. It was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with a cozy bed and plenty of pillows. The bathroom was spotless, had fresh towels, and the shower pressure was good. The hotel felt clean, modern, and well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight, with hot eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, cereal, and fresh fruit. The area stayed clean and stocked, with staff replenishing things. Staff were friendly and attentive from check-in through check-out, answered questions, offered local recommendations, and made me feel welcome. Free parking, fast Wi-Fi, a fitness center, well-lit parking, and keycard access to guest areas added to the value and sense of security. The location also made getting around easy, just minutes from Dallas Market Center, major hospitals, and downtown attractions. I had an overwhelmingly positive stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Dallas Medical-Market Center and highly recommend it for business, medical appointments, or leisure. It was comfortable and convenient, with outstanding service that made the visit stress-free and enjoyable.

The bed was comfortable, but that's about the only decent thing I can say. We arrived to find the water off, then waited hours just to shower. Breakfast was awful, barely edible, missing items, and no effort to keep it stocked. The place felt poorly maintained and unclean, especially the pool area, which looked unsafe and uncomfortable to use. The elevators were unreliable and a constant hassle. Easily the worst hotel stay I've had, and I'd never come back. I have videos they won't upload.

Breakfast was offered from 6-9am Monday through Friday, with some changes between days. Wednesday had bacon, eggs, and sausage gravy, while Thursday had sausage links instead of bacon. I stayed two nights and felt safe. My truck wasn't broken into, and I didn't see anyone else having trouble either. The place felt a little dirty and worn out. In the bathroom, the area around the shower faucet, the bottom corner by the shower, and even spots on the ceiling looked poorly cleaned. My pillowcase had makeup on it, which definitely wasn't mine. I don't wear makeup and hadn't brought any on this trip. I had a hot tub in my room. It worked, but the plug didn't seal properly and leaked slowly. I started soaking with water up to my chest, and after about 20 minutes it had drained until it barely covered my legs. It's worn down and needs better cleaning, but for the price and location it wasn't terrible. I'd probably stay again.

Our truck was stolen on December 22, after we'd stayed here for 2 years while getting cancer treatments. A woman saw it being taken and told the desk clerk, but he did nothing and didn't notify us. We found out two hours later. He casually gave us the woman's name, even though she was in surgery, and refused to call police, making all sorts of excuses. They claim to have 24-hour security and surveillance. What a joke. The truck was a top-of-the-line GMC Denali dually, parked in the handicap spot by the lobby doors. We were left without a truck during the holidays. We're from Oklahoma and had to arrange transportation to UTSW for cancer checkups, then go to the police station to make a report. We also had to find someone to pick us up and take us home. It was a totally stressful nightmare. The first incident had been our truck window getting broken out. I don't recommend staying here with this kind of attitude. We won't be back. DO NOT STAY HERE!
