The Village Inn Cape Cod

For our anniversary weekend, we loved the bright, spacious Sandwich King Bed Room and the beautiful interior design throughout the inn. Jennifer, the inn keeper, made us feel special from the moment we arrived. We were there in early April, and even the weather couldn’t spoil it. Breakfast came in several rounds, with a variety of delicious, healthy food. Jennifer also packed extra muffins for our toddler at home. The complimentary wine and evening snacks were a nice touch. There’s plenty of charm nearby, and it’s convenient for exploring the rest of the cape. We had an elegant dinner across the street at Leonessa, so be sure to reserve ahead. I also visited Simply Vintage of Cape Cod, a thrift shop just down the road. If you want a special place to stay, this is your sign.

The rain didn’t stop our room from feeling sunny and bright, and I slept really well. As an early riser, I was glad I could brew coffee at 4 AM. The room doors each have the name of a Cape town, and we happened to get Sandwich, where I grew up as a kid. Jennifer was a wonderful host, and we had lots of good conversations with her. Our stay at the Village Inn was a great experience. She has a beautiful story, so if you’re staying on the Cape, visit Jennifer at the Village Inn!

The homemade breakfast was a highlight, absolutely incredible. Jennifer is a wonderful host and an amazing baker and chef. We had a fantastic Thanksgiving stay at the Village Inn in Yarmouth Port, and we’ll definitely be back. Our room was spotless and carefully stocked with all the little things that made us comfortable. The historic inn is beautiful and impeccably maintained. Truly an 11/10 experience.

The hosts were friendly, and the breakfasts were great. Our room had a lovely bed and bathroom, and everything about the stay was very nice. The location worked well for exploring the Cape in either direction. We had a wonderful time at the Village Inn.
