A good budget choice in the area. It's a plain motel with no frills, but the price is great for what you get. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. My room was well cared for, and housekeeping did a consistently thorough job.

We were a family of four visiting from Norway and were very happy here, especially for the low price on Cape Cod. It's a small, family-run motel with a clean, comfortable room and big comfy beds. The outdoor pool was clean and never crowded. About a mile down the side road there's a lovely little sandy beach with free parking, and two great mini-golf places nearby. We loved it. Don't let the picky negative reviews put you off.

I've stayed here a few times, and the rooms smell clean as soon as you walk in. It's a great place to stay, not run-down or beat up, and there's a grill out back if you want to make something to eat.

We've been here five days and are loving it. It's very clean and quiet, though my kids are the noisy ones, and the location is great. The staff are kind and courteous, the grounds are well kept, and the pool gets looked after every day. Being able to open the windows is a huge plus in this beautiful weather, which we don't get back home in Florida this time of year. Highly recommend!
