Shanoe really made our stay. She was warm, gave excellent service, and was a delight to talk with. The rest of the staff we met were lovely too, including the breakfast team. The buffet was hot and fresh, and the restaurant was small but pleasant. The pool patio had a pretty, resort-like feel, with cabanas and a pool layout that left people room to spread out. Our corner room on the 10th floor faced east and had a great city view. The balcony was nice, though the bathroom felt a little tight. The tub had an adjustable-height shower, and the beds were firm with a mix of firm and very soft pillows. I liked using the Hilton app for the key, TV, AC, check-in and checkout, and contacting the front desk. Very handy, especially if you’re an introvert. There’s a bar too, though we didn’t try it. The hotel has a lovely scent, and warm cookies at check-in were a treat. We were even offered extras as we passed by. We paid for on-site self-parking, and the nighttime security patrols made us feel comfortable leaving the car. We had a great stay and would come back.

We spent the evening by the pool and enjoyed drinks from the bar. Breakfast was great too, and Fernando and Carmelo were especially kind and attentive. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly. We came up from Houston for an esthetician event and had a really good stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Dallas. Checking in through the app was easy, and being able to pick our room ahead of time was a plus. We arrived around 9 PM and were still welcomed warmly. The cookies and water at check-in were especially nice after the long drive. We’ll be back.

Fernando really knows what he’s doing. The food was so good, and the dining area was spotless. My wife and I enjoyed breakfast throughout our stay. We were there for an anniversary getaway and found the hotel quiet and very clean. The staff were friendly, and the customer service was great. We’ll definitely return.

Breakfast was fresh, arrived promptly, and made a great start to the day. Estefany, Ana, and Carmelo looked after my family so well. They were attentive, friendly, and professional, making sure everyone had what they needed. We had a great breakfast visit at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas - Market Center. Josh’s service was the highlight. He and his team kept everything running smoothly, with the food out on time and coffee, cream, sugar, tea, and stir sticks restocked each day. The food was good too. A great experience, and I’d recommend it for company conventions. Thanks, Josh and team!
