Dream Suites Dallas

I chose the pay-later option in September because my travel plans for February might change, and paid extra for that flexibility. Instead, they debited the money right away, even though I’d selected payment at the property. I’ve called at least 30 times, I’m not kidding. They promised a refund, but February is almost here and I still haven’t got my money back. I finally canceled because I was so frustrated. They even asked for my Cash App to supposedly send the money. I travel a lot, and this is the most unprofessional business I’ve dealt with. They’re the worst I’ve seen. Just don’t.

My plans changed, so I canceled the stay I’d booked through Expedia using pay later. I was still within the free cancellation period and should never have been charged, but they took my money anyway. I haven’t been able to get it back.

We never got a room, but they charged us for three nights. What a nightmare. I’m still trying to get a refund. Scam!!

Don’t book with Dream Suites. It’s a SCAM.
