The grounds and hotel are beautiful, clean, and very well kept, and the rooms are spacious. The customer service is what really sets the place apart. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful, which you rarely find these days, even at prestigious places. Bray stood out even among the excellent staff. He was there from early morning until late at night all weekend. He’d have the door open before anyone came in, ready with a big smile and hello. His politeness, friendliness, and willingness to help were priceless. You don’t often see that work ethic paired with such a great attitude. Drey Hotel, please pay this young man quadruple so he never leaves! Lol. Thanks to all the Drey staff for a wonderful weekend.

The personal notes and doll beds were such a nice touch for our American Girl trip. We loved our room, and all the food we tried was fabulous. We had the best stay at The Drey. Special thanks to Lance for going above and beyond!

Lance and Bridget made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in, and the customer service made the stay even better. The hotel is gorgeous, and our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Everything felt clean, inviting, and well maintained. You won’t be disappointed staying here. I’d highly recommend it if you’re in the area.

We had the BEST party at the Anise wine bar at the Drey. Devin helped with the planning, and the space was beautiful. The service from Sierra and Franciscos team and Joshua was amazing. The food and drinks were great, and they got all the details right, from timing the champagne toast to spacing out the appetizers. I’d highly recommend it.

My husband and I stayed at the Drey Hotel for the two nights after our wedding. The whole staff went above and beyond to look after us and make the stay special, and the service was outstanding. Our wedding day felt like we were in the clouds, and the Drey helped us float there a little longer. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
