Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek

James was our butler and went above and beyond, while Louis, the Assistant Director of Client Relations, made sure we had everything we needed. The whole staff welcomed us warmly, and I wish I’d gotten everyone’s names because they were all wonderful. Before we even arrived, Evan from the concierge team helped plan our stay. It was my first time in Dallas, and his dinner suggestions and thoughtful planning made the trip feel perfect. Mary from the concierge team worked with Evan to make everything seamless. The Mansion at Turtle Creek made our first Dallas trip really special.

Housekeeping kept our room spotless, and the valet team was quick and very polite. We also enjoyed the restaurant and bar. We stayed at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek over Christmas in a Deluxe room on the 6th floor. The antique, classic feel runs throughout the property, and the decorations were beautiful. The room didn’t have a hair dryer or iron at first, though I’m sure the front desk would provide them if asked. It was a lovely, elegant stay.

The pool and outdoor areas are peaceful, and the bar is a nice place to sit with a drink and actually hear yourself think. I liked how quiet the luxury felt throughout the property, from the soft lighting and thick carpets to the charming little details. Walking in felt like arriving at a private estate that happens to be a hotel. Service was easy and unhurried, with staff showing up when I needed something. My room felt more like a cared-for townhouse suite than a standard hotel room, and the warm, slow atmosphere made me want to stay in longer. I left rested and feeling a little spoiled.

The bar and restaurant are worth checking out. You can text the concierge with questions or ask them to make restaurant or spa reservations, which I loved. The greeters and valet guys were genuinely nice and helpful, and everyone else I met was friendly too. The place is beautiful and clean, and the personal touches went above and beyond. It was worth every penny I spent. I hope the staff are paid well.
