Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre by the Galleria

The room was so cramped we could barely get the luggage cart inside, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close with someone on the toilet. It faced the roof and construction and was next to the ice machine. There were popcorn ceilings, a squeaky office chair, and dust that left our throats scratchy each morning. Housekeeping did make the bed and bring fresh towels. The pool was messy, with large furniture and leaves in it. Valet staff were nice all weekend, but parking was $25 a night across the street or $38 a night for valet, so we chose valet. Room service was extremely expensive. I won’t return.

Saul from the restaurant always remembers me when I’m in town for work, and his humor, kindness, and willingness to help make my day better. That personal touch is one reason I keep coming back to the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre. The hotel is comfortable and convenient, and the staff consistently make me feel welcome. I’ve stayed here many times for business, and it’s always a great experience. Thanks, Saul, for the great service and positive energy.

David, our waiter, made us feel welcome throughout breakfast. He was attentive and courteous, and his professionalism stood out. The food was fresh and well prepared, with carefully chosen ingredients, lovely presentation, and real attention to the cooking. We had a wonderful breakfast at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre and appreciated the high standard of both food and service. We’d be happy to return.

This is the nicest and cleanest Hilton I’ve stayed at. The fitness room was my favorite part, and it was decent for a chain hotel. There were clean towels and water bottles at every station, plus a fresh Apple to grab on the way out.
