I was stuck in Dallas during the January snowstorm and couldn't get home. I hadn't planned to stay at Hotel Crescent Court, but after walking about 30 minutes through freezing, pelting ice, I gave up and went to the nearest hotel. I came in covered with icicles, teeth chattering so hard I could barely speak. I explained I couldn't get home, my phone had 2% battery left, and all I had was my license and credit card. The man at the desk said the cheapest room was $800, and a phone charger in the room cost another $60. He suggested I walk to the nearest gas station for a charger if I didn't want to pay. Given the shape I was in, the suggestion was outrageous. I couldn't safely or warmly go anywhere else, so I reluctantly paid $800 for one night. The thermostat read 54 degrees F when I got to the room and never got above 65. The sheets were thin, and the thermostat didn't work. I ran the shower to steam up the bathroom, then sat on the floor covered in towels for hours trying to warm up. I spent maybe 45 minutes in the bed and was there for less than seven hours. As soon as I could get an Uber home, I left. I can't believe I paid $800 for such a terrible experience.

Manny made our arrival especially smooth. He took care to get the room just right and made us feel welcome, while the rest of the team was warm and attentive too. The room was immaculate and beautifully prepared, and it exceeded what we expected. You can tell the staff take pride in looking after guests. The Crescent Hotel is a class-act property with a wonderful team. We had an exceptional stay, and the genuine hospitality and professionalism really set it apart. If you're after luxury, comfort, and great service in Dallas, this is the place. We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The espresso martini was the best I've ever had, and the service was excellent. Rooms were immaculate and the food was outstanding. A five-star kind of stay, with a spa experience that's great for unwinding and taking care of yourself, or for a lovely couples' weekend.

We had our daughter's wedding in Dallas, with lots of family and friends staying at Hotel Crescent Court. The beautiful rooms and perfect location helped make the whole weekend feel special. What really made a difference was how warmly and professionally the staff treated everyone, like royalty from the moment they arrived. As the bride's parents, we had plenty to juggle, but the Crescent Court team made it all feel effortless. For a special occasion where you want a five-star luxury experience, we'd highly recommend Hotel Crescent Court. It played a big part in making our weekend unforgettable.

The place looks very nice, but my room may have been a bad one. The A/C stayed at 63 degrees all night. An engineer couldn't fix it at 2 a.m., so they used a space heater as a temporary fix. The toilet kept running, and hot water from the faucet came out at a very low flow. It left me wondering about maintenance and attention to basic details.
