Miss Dora gave me a really genuine welcome and made sure I was comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was lovely too, thanks to Miss Laticia, who's warm and sets a good tone for the day. I also showed up in an oversized vehicle, and William, Harry, Trung, and Donaldson from valet made it completely easy and stress-free. They were accommodating and cool about it, and I felt looked after right away. I just stayed at Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown, and it surprised me in the best way. My last Dallas stay was at The Adolphus, which is beautiful and more upscale, but this felt much more personal and home-like. It was comfortable, like people actually cared I was there. Easy 10 stars. I'd stay again without thinking about it.

We were looked after so well by Princeton and Donaldson. The hotel is in a great spot, making it easy to get around, and even though it was being refurbished, we hardly noticed. Epic hotel and phenomenal staff, thanks for having us!

We'd happily stay here again. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the manager made sure we had what we needed. Service was outstanding. The rooms were spacious, updated, and had comfortable beds. What a hidden gem!

We stayed with the family this weekend. The rooms were clean and nice, and although there was a lot of renovation work, it didn't get in the way of our stay. The new front desk manager took care of everything we needed. Denise in foods really went out of her way too, even brewing a fresh pot of coffee for me after breakfast. Outstanding customer service.

The renovated rooms are spacious and in excellent shape, and the hotel is very nice and well located. Shops and restaurants are all within a five-minute walk, and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent too. One suggestion for the manager: please put the shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the opposite wall. I bumped into them while showering.
