Shelly and Shannon made planning our team meeting easy. They replied quickly to emails and went out of their way to help us have a good event. Shannon also checked in several times during the meeting to see if we needed anything. I book meeting rooms often, and this was some of the best service I’ve had from a sales team. The meeting room worked well, and the sleeping rooms were spacious and well kept. We booked the hotel for everyone on our team and would highly recommend it.

The king room was so comfortable and well designed, and it was spacious, clean, and felt new. I’ve stayed in plenty of places, and this was one of the best rooms I’ve had. The reviews don’t really do it justice, in my opinion, and it deserves at least 4.5 stars. Parking felt very safe too. I left my car overnight without any trouble. Thanks, Hyatt and team.

Breakfast was generous, with a nice spread and menu options. I especially liked the cinnamon toast, and the coffee had a naturally sweet taste. The room was spotless, and the cleaning was well done. The furniture is modern and nice. Everyone on staff, both morning and night, was wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend!

I’ve told the front desk several times that my checkout is at 4 PM, but housekeeping still knocks on my door in the morning. I’ve explained it to the cleaning staff directly too, and the interruptions keep happening. The coordination here has been really disappointing.

The room and hallways were clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and every employee I dealt with was kind and helpful. I arrived on Friday about three hours before check-in, and they were able to get me settled early with no trouble. The continental breakfast had good hours and even better choices, so I’d definitely recommend staying here. I did run into a frustrating issue with The Placery. I tried ordering twice and was turned down both times because the food truck delivery hadn’t arrived yet, which I understand, and because the front desk associates said they couldn’t help while working alone. If guests can be unable to place an order, advertising it as open 6am to 12am and having a 24/7 late-night menu doesn’t match what’s actually available.
