The property is very clean, and from what I saw the staff were well groomed and dressed. I didn’t see the inside of a room, though, and in my opinion the customer service was lacking. At 12:55 central standard time 05/01/2026, the front desk clerk offered me a third-floor room even though I was with my 4 year old son with special needs. She wouldn’t help me despite having no other customers waiting. I felt she was unprofessional and represented the company poorly. She shouldn’t take personal problems out on others or let personal bias affect the service she gives. If my card is charged, I’ll dispute it with my bank. In response to the owner: thanks for replying. I understand, but reading comprehension matters. My original concern was that you ignored me when I only needed to return the key. There were no customers in front of you, just me standing there while you acted busy. Maybe you didn’t know I was returning an unused key. Either way, thanks for explaining how it works. I never stayed there. You gave me a key before I paid, and I never used it to enter a room. Your customer service is still lacking, but you did me a huge favor. I’m glad I didn’t take the room. Something much better came along. Thanks for helping me understand, and for being such a great charlatan. You play that disguised role very well. I upgraded my review to three stars because the property was so presentable from the outside.
I found bed bugs in room 143 and ended up with bites all over my body, a severe allergic reaction, and a huge cleaning bill. Management hasn’t commented, and I want a full refund. I’ll provide photos and show up in person to show the reaction to the bites covering most of my body. To the manager: the bed bugs didn’t come from a kitten. A kitten was found in your parking lot, and it wasn’t the only cat I saw running around the property. I left it in my room while I rushed to work that morning. I’m following up on my request for pictures and a full refund. I left a Google review and management responded, but the reply didn’t address my claim. I had to edit the review to add pictures of the bites, the same ones I sent your office almost a week earlier. I still haven’t heard from the General Manager. I paid hundreds of dollars to have everything I had with me in that room professionally cleaned. On top of that, management kept the $302 charged for the week and the $50 authorization hold, which has been treated as a nonrefundable deposit. I’m asking again for the $352 to be returned promptly because the bed bug infestation caused severe discomfort and an allergic reaction. I’m still covered in bites and dealing with pain and discomfort almost two weeks later. Since I can’t get anyone at the company to respond or take me seriously, I’ll leave another Google review so others know about the infestation and don’t suffer like I have. Please issue the full refund I’ve requested multiple times.
I booked a room a week ahead, but there wasn’t one available when I arrived. They still charged me a 40 dollar cancellation fee. I called to report the mistake, got no answer, left a voicemail, and nobody called back. After several more tries I finally reached someone, who just told me to call later. I’ve had enough. They can keep the money, but don’t stay here.
The room had fresh paint, new tile-like flooring, and a big flat screen TV, larger than 37 inches. The sheets and bedding looked new, but the decor was ugly and old. The dressers were old too, though the mattresses were new, pretty thick, and comfortable. AC and heat both worked. There was a closet by the entrance, a new microwave, and a decent table and chair, though everything was dusty and needed a good cleaning. The towels were huge and new, with a nice bath mat and four hand towels. I did find one dead bug, but nothing else. The woman at check-in was phenomenal. My remote didn’t work, and she came up in less than two minutes after I called. She addressed people coming into the office as Mr. or Miss followed by their last name, which I really respect. I’d recommend this location to my 55+ million monthly viewers. You can follow me on social at rychernandez. God bless y’all.
I’d give zero stars if I could. I paid for 7 days but they only let me stay 6. They wouldn’t work with me and humiliated me by kicking me out before I paid, then wouldn’t let me get my belongings unless I paid or left. My daughter and I had to sit in the car in the heat of the day while I tried to pay for the room. It was inhumane to force us out in the heat when they could have waited a measly couple of hours for a day I’d already paid for. If I’m staying Thursday to Thursday, I should have until Friday to pay, since I paid for this Thursday. I’ll report them to the US corporate office.
