The beds were really comfortable, and you get a big room, a great view, and a prime location for the lowest price in Dallas. It’s right across the street from a bunch of cool restaurants and bars, and only two blocks from AT+T Discovery District. The furniture, dishes, coffee, and appliances are average corporate stuff. Nothing special, but not bad. The building smells like weed, and there are lots of aggressive homeless people around. After 1 a.m. there are drunk, violent jerks. Around 4 a.m., while heading to my car for work, I almost got attacked just walking there.
