InTown Suites Extended Stay Dallas TX - Love Field Airport

The room and property were clean and well maintained. Barb was lovely at check-in, welcoming, smooth, and helpful, and she did what she could to accommodate me. My one issue was room #142, which reeked of moth balls left all over by the previous occupant. Barb offered to move me if another room opened up, but I’d already settled in and politely declined. I’d suggest fining guests for this in future and having housekeeping put baking soda in the room to get rid of the smell.

Barb, the manager, is amazing, friendly, and extremely helpful. I stayed three weeks, and after moving out I told her the A/C had been leaking. I’d tried to clean it up and thought I might have made it worse. She appreciated that I tried, but told me not to worry and that I didn’t have to clean it. Unlike budget suites, InTOWN suites includes internet and cable, plus 24/7 access to soda and snack vending machines with very reasonable prices. Laundry is in the same building and available until 11pm, and there are controlled access key cards. The room had everything except dishes and cookware. At budget, only the furniture is included. At intown they provide the first roll of TP and weekly housekeeping.

The property is clean and pretty quiet, probably one of the best I’ve stayed in, with or without modifications and upgrades. Barb is a treat: she’s welcoming, detailed, and made check-in easy. The rooms are nice. My only complaint is the water pressure, but the water is warm and we love a good hot shower.

For the price, this is a five-star property. It’s a good location, and the property is clean, with decent working people living here. I’ve never seen pests or sketchy people hanging around. Barb, the property manager, is by far the best manager at any InTown suites.
