The staff were welcoming throughout, and breakfast was surprisingly fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. Complimentary water and a refrigerator in the room made the stay easy and relaxed. I stayed in the Cakes room, which was spacious and practical, with a large desk and a nice city view from the higher floor. Its playful decor felt creative without sacrificing comfort or good design. It was a memorable stay at the Lorenzo Hotel, and I'd definitely come back for a fun, distinctive boutique hotel experience in Dallas.

The pool view was lovely, and from my room I had a perfect nighttime view of Reunion tower. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating, and I really liked the cozy, unusual theme and feel. This was my second visit to Dallas, and I'm glad I took a chance on this hotel. I'll stay here again next time.

Chef Kubi made our stay especially memorable. He went out of his way to accommodate us, and the house-made Valentine's Day cookies and chocolate-covered strawberries were beautiful. His service was warm, attentive, and genuine, and it was clear he takes pride in both the food and the experience he creates. The servers were just as friendly and professional, attentive without hovering. Everything was flavorful, beautifully presented, and made with care. The atmosphere at The Lorenzo Hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable and stylish. We felt welcomed and looked after from start to finish. We're grateful for the stay, already looking forward to returning, and the hotel has earned our loyalty.

The Lorenzo Hotel felt like an art exhibit from the moment I walked in. The colorful hallways, beautiful lobby, and art-studio feel of my room were all so lovely. The Tina Turner portrait is a great tribute, and even the key card and drinking glasses felt special and top notch. I loved it and only wish I could've stayed longer during my road trip. If I'm back in Dallas, I know where I'm staying.

Service was a full five stars: the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all fantastic. The beds were comfortable, and the lobby restaurant was nice. I came to Dallas for a three-day, two-night work trip and would stay here again. I liked the room, though the new modern style wasn't really for me. There were too many mirrors in awkward spots, with light and TV reflections bouncing off the glass headboard. The outlets were surprisingly loose, and my phone charger kept connecting and disconnecting. The bathroom looked brand new, but without a shower door the floor got wet. The location isn't great for walking to restaurants or nightlife, although Young Street and the nearby arena are about a 15-minute walk away.
