I couldn't sleep at all, and I'd warn anyone to avoid this place. The room next door was incredibly loud, the parking lot had loiterers with crack pipes and guns in plain view, and the cops didn't respond when called. Music was so loud my drink rattled off the table. For several hours, a belligerent man pounded on my door demanding money. The room was already awful before night fell. The floor was sticky and full of bugs, so I kept my shoes on. The bathroom was in disrepair, with the toilet seat held on by zip ties and unexplained stains on the tile. The bathtub and shower looked diseased, so I didn't bathe. There was no toilet paper, just a sign telling guests to ask the front desk. When I did, they gave me four squares. The door locked me out when I arrived, though the concierge was very kind when I called to get it opened. Save your money and don't stay here.

The rooms are gross, and the staff are unfriendly. They also sprung six different fees on me only after I'd paid for the room and tried to check in. They don't offer refunds, so if you pay before hearing about the fees, you could be in for a nasty surprise. I wouldn't recommend it to friends or family. You'd be better off sleeping in your car in a Walmart parking lot.

We arrived at 3:50 p.m. and found a sign saying the staff would return at 5. By 4:30, a new sign said 9 p.m. The phone number was disconnected when I tried calling. We needed to check in and head straight to a concert, so waiting until 9 wasn't an option. And if they weren't there during the day, I couldn't count on anyone being there around 11 p.m. or midnight. Expedia wouldn't refund me because they couldn't reach the property. You'd think that would help my case, but apparently not. No one was there to check us in, and they just took my money. I'm disputing the charge with my card now and hope I get a refund, since the property won't be able to argue its case.

It was alright, really convenient, and not too expensive. It was close to my job, and I liked the room.

We got some sleep and felt safe. The room could use a fresh coat of paint, and the blankets need replacing.
