Motel 6 Dallas, TX - South

There was loud music, and guests were hanging around the halls smoking marijuana. I think I got a contact high just walking to my room. The AC barely worked, and the sheets had cigarette burns and stains. I also found bed bugs and roaches all over, killing more than 15 roaches in my first ten minutes there. This place felt unsafe and filthy. Avoid it and keep yourself and your family safe.

The location is great, but the hallway was full of trash. It looked like dogs had gone through a garbage can and dragged everything down the hall. The lights went out for five minutes, and when it got dark, the roaches came out to play and eat. I could almost hear them say, “Thank you, Jesus.”

My sister, niece, and nephew slept in room 203 and woke up with bedbug bites. We were in 236, where there were cigarette smells even in the nonsmoking room, roaches, bedbugs, cigarette burns on the duvet, blood on the mattress protector, and a stained mattress. There was hair in the fridge, on the towels, and on the bathroom wall; the towels were damp, and dead bugs were inside the bathroom light fixture. The bathroom door wouldn't lock, and its light strobed for the first ten minutes. Other guests seemed friendly, and at least the AC worked.

I’ve never been in a hotel this nasty. The health department really needs to shut it down.
