The people were very nice, and the room was clean and nice.

The attendant was really helpful. The shower knob was loose, and he came right over to show us how to turn it on properly. We’d had a long trip and lots of walking at our event, so after the room cooled down later that night, we all slept like babies and nearly overslept in the morning. There was a smoke smell in the room, bugs on the floor, and rust in the microwave, which also had no glass plate. I bought a bag of ice to have when we got back from our event, but it melted and flooded the floor. I picked up some odor spray and candles, and that helped. A bit more housekeeping would go a long way.

The day office guy with the handicap arm(stroke) was helpful and engaging. The rooms were clean, though it was kind of strange not having a microwave. Waking up in the morning was alarming, with a guy hammering on the door like a madman.

The bed was full of bed bugs. Literally the worst hotel I’ve been to. I wouldn’t recommend it.
