The place itself was awful, with mold coming out of the AC vents in the rooms. They’ll take your money and won’t return even the “refundable damage deposit.” Don’t book through Regal stays on Air B&B or VRBO. They don’t answer calls or emails. My check-in details arrived 74 minutes after check-in time. That may sound minor, but it left us arriving late at night in a sketchy neighborhood with no way to move to another place. The accommodations can only be described as a trap house.

Roaches were everywhere in the condo. The TV didn’t work, the shower pressure was pathetic, and they ghosted us when we needed to communicate. A curtain didn’t work either, so at night the homeless people living right outside the window could see straight in. They said I’d get my $300 deposit back, but after I reminded them several weeks later, I received only $210. I hadn’t left a mess or caused any problems. I’ll never return.

Horrible place, don’t stay here. It’s trashy, they rip you off on the deposit, and they won’t answer emails or calls about all the problems.

Stay away. The service here is horrible.
