For the price, this was great. The owners were friendly, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the shower got hot. We also liked the river walk and park less than a block away. The owners pointed us to a local steakhouse, and it was really good.

I've been here a few times in April and May 2026. It's quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the people running it are really nice. I'd recommend it.

I paid $75 and ended up sleeping in the bathtub just to get a little rest. I was bitten by fleas whenever I tried to sleep in the bed. I know the bites, they fade after about 15 minutes, and they're hard to photograph unless you do it quickly. The service was awful. I even offered to clean the room myself, but the woman in charge seemed resentful and got angry. She demanded that I listen to her and show respect. Avoid this place. I won't pay another dollar to support it.

We got exactly what we came for: a clean, safe, affordable place to sleep, with no expectation of luxury. The rooms and amenities were basic, as you'd expect from a 2-star hotel. Its location was convenient, felt safe, and put us close to everything we needed. The staff were the real highlight, kind, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. For a budget stay with that kind of hospitality, it did the job.

It's dated, but at $80 a night, I'd happily stay again. The riverside setting was beautiful, and we were close to shopping and restaurants. Our room was clean and had a fridge and microwave, plus an excellent shower with great water pressure.
