The front desk has always been very friendly and helpful, and breakfast has more than enough to choose from. Rooms have been recently renovated. There's a gourmet supermarket across the street and a Burger King about a three-minute walk away. You can see the highway from the rooms, but it's hard to hear, if at all. Ask for a back room if you're concerned about noise. It's a nice, quiet little place. I spend a week in town when I come, and it suits me well. I've stayed several times and will keep coming back.

The reception staff are very friendly, and the coffee is good. Breakfast is simple by European standards. There's a small gym, though I didn't use it, and restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance. It's a good hotel right by the interstate. The rooms are clean and quiet, even on the street side. I couldn't quite figure out the light switch setup 😉.

I added a screenshot of my booking showing the price and address before I canceled. I'm not sure why they “can't find my booking”; the whole thing feels disorganized. I called the day I got the wedding RSVP to ask about the room block, which the bride had confirmed was still open. They quoted me $217 instead of the $194 block rate, then the email confirmation showed another $46 in fees and taxes that nobody had mentioned on the call. That's $264 a night. The bride later confirmed there should still have been rooms in the block. At the end of the call they pushed a timeshare pitch, which I declined, but follow-up emails still came. I canceled and booked a nicer hotel ten minutes away for over $100 less. Pretty misleading from start to finish.

After we checked in and went out to eat, we came back and found bed bugs in the room. We checked out at the front desk, and the woman there apologized and refunded both nights. We went to another nearby hotel. Edit: The hotel responded quickly, apologized again, and said they take this very seriously. They told me they'd taken the room out of service, inspected it, then deep-cleaned and treated it and the surrounding rooms. I don't think they could have done more.
