Hotel Zero Degrees Danbury

I stayed here for a wedding and expected more for the price. The building is beautiful and the staff are polite and friendly, but I left disappointed. There wasn't really breakfast: just a small, underwhelming continental setup in the lobby, while the restaurant inside doesn't open in the morning. The rooms are spacious, but they lack things like a microwave, tea and coffee condiments, and information about the area. The walls are paper thin, so I was disturbed throughout the stay by people talking at a normal indoor volume in the halls, housekeeping cleaning, and people walking around upstairs. It's a nice-looking hotel with nice staff, but I'd probably spend my money elsewhere.

Valentina at reception made us feel at home. She greeted us with a lovely, welcoming smile every time she saw us and gave us plenty of recommendations. The service was top tier, and the food at Terra, the hotel restaurant, was delicious. My boyfriend and I spent Valentine's Day Weekend here. The rooms were gorgeous, and it was a beautiful hotel. We'd love to return and would recommend it to anyone visiting CT!

I've been staying at Hotel Zero for over five years, often so I can visit my patients at the hospice across the street. Those days are long and exhausting, and William, Vincenzo, and the staff always go above and beyond when I leave and come back. My room feels inviting, the grounds are peaceful, and they know which spot will give a guest a warm, quiet feeling. That's why I love Hotel Zero!

The shower water never got properly hot, and the beds bounce enough that movement can wake a light sleeper like me. The breakfast bar could also be better, and I wish there were coffee in the rooms. Even with those issues, I'd stay again. We had a great visit to Hotel Zero Degrees in Danbury. The place was clean, modern, and felt upscale for Danbury, Connecticut. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it seems well managed. On our first day, a dog on our floor barked constantly, but the staff quickly moved us to a room on another floor.
