Residence Inn Marriott Danbury

The staff at the front desk and everyone we dealt with were super nice. The beds were comfortable, the sheets were fine, and despite the hotel being pretty full, it was quiet as far as other guests go. Highway traffic was audible, though, so you might want a noise machine or a phone app. We stayed three days and never got fresh towels or a room refresh, even after asking the maids on our floor and the front desk. The rooms show a lot of wear, including frayed shower curtains. Maybe they were short-staffed for cleaning, and I'd have rated service a three or four if they'd told us that. There were some nice extras: free ice cream and water near the front desk, a reasonable breakfast, and a downstairs hot chocolate and coffee bar. I'd stay again because there aren't many places with two-bedroom suites. If I didn't need one, I'd look around for a better deal.

The rooms were cozy and clean, and the prices and amenities were great. Right off the highway, it was a convenient stop on our road trip. The service felt welcoming, with great hospitality, and the restaurant next door was amazing. I highly recommend stopping by.

For official travel or a longer stay, Residence Inn Danbury, CT is a great choice. The hotel feels both professional and relaxing, and it was clean throughout. The staff were attentive and made everything easy. A top pick for comfort and quality.

Residence Inn Danbury was such a good stay. The staff were warm and friendly, and they went out of their way to make my dog and me feel at home. It's great to find a hotel that really welcomes pets instead of just putting up with them. Highly recommend.
