The smell of mold, stale air, or possibly pot made the hotel feel unpleasant, and the grab and go breakfast didn’t seem to have enough food for anyone. At night, good luck getting the woman to come out of the office for checkout in the morning. We had to ring the bell three times, and other guests had the same issue. The first man who checked us in was super sweet, and he’s the only reason I’m giving the service more than one star. I’d give him five on his own. Later, I went into the lobby looking for someone to talk to. No one came out, so I looked in the cabinets for hot chocolate. Then a woman rushed out of the office, looking like she’d just woken up, and was really rude. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The room was dirty, and getting towels was a hassle every night of our four night holiday weekend stay. There were three of us, but the desk staff would only give me two towels, and they gave me a hard time each time I asked. They kept pointing out that it was a holiday weekend and there were no housekeepers. I told them I’d paid for the room and should still be able to get towels.

Friendly service and a good location. The room was neat and clean, and the sheets were clean too, though a little small. The AC would run for a minute, shut off, then start again two minutes later, so it needs fixing.

You get what you pay for, I guess. It’s somewhere to sleep, but the whole place had one tiny trash can and there wasn’t one in the bathroom. The soap was tiny too, and the beds only had two pillows each. I could go on. Yeah.

Dylan and Adam at the front desk were attentive and great to deal with. When we arrived, the mini fridge wasn’t working, and Adam replaced it right away. We had a first floor room just a 30 second walk from the pool, which was perfect for me and my son. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were soft, the TV had plenty of channels, and the shower had great heat and water pressure. I felt safe there with my four year son, and it was quiet at night. There’s lots to explore within a few miles, plus plenty of food choices. Weekday prices are great, though they go up a bit on weekends. We had the best stay!
