I’d planned to save money by staying at a cheaper place during my MA vacation. It was the worst hotel experience of my life, no exaggeration, and I was there less than five minutes after getting into the room. The outside looked torn up, the lot was dirty, and about five broken-down cars were sitting there. I started looking for another hotel but couldn’t find one with the space I needed. After about 20 minutes I went in to check in. The woman at the desk acted like I was bothering her, and I had to ask for a receipt because she hadn’t given me one. Behind the building, near my room, there were more broken-down cars full of garbage, overflowing dumpsters, and car tires, old bikes, and other things strewn in the grass by a shed. The hallway smelled like mold. In the room, the floor was wet, the bathroom dirty, and there was mold on the water-damaged ceiling, along with a strange smell. I went back to the office and asked for my money back. They refunded me without hesitation. I eventually found a great room and atmosphere at the Crowne Plaza about 15 minutes down the highway. Do not stay here!

My boyfriend and I have been here almost a week because, two days before we were due to sign a lease, the landlord said the apartment failed inspection and would take a few weeks. The hotel is inexpensive and clean, with comfortable beds. They have a decent continental breakfast and free coffee and tea all day. It’s right off 128, with stores and restaurants within walking distance, a mall across the street, and another a mile away. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth the money.

We had to change rooms on the second day because the electricity in our original room wasn’t working. The rooms are in disrepair and very small, and the beds are tiny too. You can’t conveniently reach outlets to plug in a phone or laptop. There are mystery holes in the main rooms and bathrooms, and the exterior is in poor shape as well. Worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Steer clear!

Our honeymoon stay was awful. The place was filthy, there were rodents, and even getting a towel wasn’t possible. The toilet barely flushed and the water pressure was terrible. We were also charged twice. I’d give it zero stars if I could, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a clean room.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast came with good coffee. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of nice feather pillows. I knew an EconoLodge wasn’t going to be the Ritz, but the stay was much better than I expected.
