Hampton Inn Danville, VA

Coffee, drinks, and snacks for our work event were ready on time, and the event room was well appointed. The front desk staff were kind and professional. Cheryl especially supported our guests and treated them warmly during a difficult incoming bad weather event. The staff handled arriving and departing guests alongside our event attendees with grace and kindness. We all appreciate you. The service was excellent!

The indoor pool was really clean and a nice way to relax, and breakfast was one of my favorite parts. There was a wide choice, and everything tasted fresh. My room was super clean too, with a soft, comfy bed that had me sleeping like a log. The front desk people were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The location near the highway made getting around easy, and having a fridge and microwave in the room made it feel like home.

The hotel is very nice, with clean rooms and customer service that stays on top of things. Everyone has spoken to me and been polite. Ms. Cheryl at the front desk helped me get the first-floor room I wanted. She has the kind of southern hospitality I'm used to in Texas and is an absolute sweetheart. Thanks, Ms. Cheryl, for making my evening quite alright.

I'm driving a charter bus and came down from Ohio with a Lacrosse team. I'll be here a couple more days before heading home. I've had enough bad experiences with Hamptons that I usually avoid them, but this place blew me away with how clean it is and how well the staff treats you. If I'm sent back this way, at least I know this Hampton is one of the rare great ones. Whoever runs it should be put in charge of a few others that desperately need help.
