Holiday Inn Express Bloomsburg by IHG

For our nearby work trip, we booked 14 rooms, and arrival was a breeze. The room cards were already set out in a neat, labeled stack, thanks Josh! Booking was quick and easy too. Our rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, breakfast tasty, and the staff were all kind and friendly. We didn’t get to use the pool or other services, though it looked nice as we walked by. Checkout was easy, and we’d definitely come back if we’re in the area again.

We’ll book here again for Knoebels next year. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, and the freshly ground coffee was a nice extra. Great stay.

We found signs of bugs in both rooms they tried to place us in, and ended up leaving at 1 AM to find somewhere else to stay. The hotel refunded our room but wouldn’t cover the Walmart supplies we needed because of the bugs. We had to buy clothes for the next day, detergent to wash everything in hot water, and large Ziploc storage bags for things that couldn’t go in the washer so we could treat them at home. This all started during our October 2025 stay, when my husband spotted something crawling on a pillow around midnight. Thank goodness he was still awake. We caught a bedbug and kept it in a ziplock bag. The hotel first offered a room only a few doors away. We asked for a different floor and were told there’d be an up charge because those rooms had king beds. It was after midnight and we had our eight-year-old with us, so we agreed and planned to sort it out in the morning. But when I pulled back the sheets in the new room, there were signs of bug activity there too. We left with all our belongings taped up in trash bags. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We passed through last week and spent the night here. The staff were very pleasant, the room was clean, and there was a nice selection at breakfast.
