We had a great long weekend and liked being able to explore downtown on foot instead of driving. The location is convenient, our room was lovely with a great city view, and the employees went above and beyond when a check-in issue came up. It made the weekend feel like a nice little vacation, and I'd stay here again when we're ready to visit Omaha. The garage is the one concern. There's nothing to stop someone driving or walking into it, so it doesn't feel secure. They charge guests $25 a day and say they're not responsible if a car is broken into. For that price, I'd expect them to add some security.

The beds were just right for a good night's sleep, and our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a great city view. A very nice place in the downtown area. I'd definitely stay here again.

Update: Right after we unpacked from the hotel, we found two bed bugs. They were on clothes that had stayed zipped inside our suitcase all day while we were traveling, so they had to have come from the hotel. We called to report it, and the hotel seemed unconcerned. We've only found those two so far, but we've been going through all our belongings. It's really put a damper on our road trip. The room had looked very clean and updated. The woman who checked us in around 11 p.m. on 12/17 was welcoming and friendly. We parked on the street for free until 9 a.m. rather than pay $25 a night for the garage. One elevator was out, and the drinking fountain was broken, but otherwise we had no issues. The fitness center was clean, with treadmills and weights, and breakfast was delicious. Before finding the bugs, I would have recommended it.

Breakfast was clean, well stocked, and great. The hotel was clean throughout, and I liked the good bathroom lighting and the extra mirror in the room. Kat checked us in and was wonderful. It's refreshing to meet someone who's friendly and clearly cares about doing the job. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and we had a great stay.

Breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of choices and fresh, delicious food. The location in old market was very convenient, and it was nice to have the option of parking at the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in through checkout, and the room and whole property were spotless and well kept. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
