The room was clean, the bed reasonably comfortable, and the showerhead gave such a great massage that I didn’t want to get out. They provided shampoo and body wash. The free breakfast was decent, and they even had decaf. The sink being outside the bathroom wasn’t really a problem, though there was a weird little round, 2-inch sticker patch on my sheets. TJ at the desk was kind and attentive. Our room was close to the entrance and ice machine, and the hotel is literally right off the highway. I’d definitely stay again.

The staff, including the guest manager and everyone in the office, did an amazing job. Breakfast was good, and for the price this is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in for a long time. Thanks again, I’ll definitely be back.

The pool rail was very unstable, so my wife couldn’t get into the pool. Also, the floor in our room was so dirty that my toddler granddaughter’s feet turned black when she visited. The room itself was nice and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and arranged a ground-floor room for my wife and me. Breakfast was good.

My company booked me a room while my truck was being repaired at the Kenworth dealership. The company website and Google Maps both said the hotel was pet friendly. When I checked in, I told them my dog was in a carrier. They said they only accepted service animals. I was willing to pay a pet fee, but they still charged me $20 for a pet fee for a Quality Inn. After I offered cash for the room’s extra expenses, they were very rude. I’ll never stay here again. The hotel is owned by people from India, and they should not be allowed.

The showerhead was caked with buildup, and there were stains on both the bed and pillows. This was one of the grossest hotels I’ve stayed in. They clearly don’t understand what quality means.
