Relax Inn Motel And Suites Omaha

Parking was easy, and the place felt safe. The receptionist was nice, and everything looked clean and new with pleasant decor. Definitely recommend it.

The rooms have been remodeled nicely, but cleanliness let them down. We found a bra on top of the closet, handprints all over the headboards, and I think the mirrors got skipped too. Staff were polite and helpful. If housekeeping cleaned more carefully, this would be a five-star stay.

The complimentary breakfast had bagels, pastries, fruit, boiled eggs, and freshly brewed coffee and green tea. Having real coffee was a nice touch and made it feel a bit like home. We expected just a place to sleep, but the stay turned out to be really relaxing. Our newly renovated room was lovely, with granite counters and tabletops, sleek modern finishes, a ceiling fan, and a big comfy couch. We felt welcome and comfortable, and we'd stay here again if we're in the area.

The rooms were a good size, matched the website pictures, and got five stars from my family for cleanliness. We had a family vacation here from June 24 through June 26, 2022, and would recommend the motel to everyone. The employees were friendly and pleasant, and the customer service was excellent. Thanks for the chance to visit.
