We were within walking distance of CHI, restaurants, and bars, even with snow on the ground. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff were helpful and flexible, especially Elizabeth, who was juggling a lot when the weather kept others from getting to work. A great place to stay.

The front desk gentleman was fantastic, very friendly, and check-in went smoothly. I was glad the hotel had connected parking, and CHI health center was an easy walk for my event. I'd stay here again. Our room was spacious and seemed clean, though the bathroom felt dated. The paint was peeling in spots and some areas needed caulking.

The staff have been really nice and helpful. I'm staying here for a month while my house is repaired after flooding, and having my two cats with me limits the pet-friendly options downtown. My insurance is covering the stay and only offers Hilton hotels, so moving isn't an option. I work at the airport and hadn't realized there was no shuttle to or from it. I should have checked more carefully. The TVs are also outdated and don't support streaming, which matters quite a bit for a longer stay.

The room was comfortable and clean, though a little dated, and the staff I met were helpful. We used the hotel's paid parking garage and left the car there the whole visit. The arena, shops, restaurants, and bars were all nearby.

Even with construction still going on downtown, I found the hotel convenient and enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and professional. I'll probably book here again for a future work trip.
