The hot tub was barely warm, more like a lukewarm bath, and our air conditioner never kicked on when it should have, so we were hot all night. Still, it's a nice place, with kind people, a great breakfast, and an inviting fireplace in the lobby. I'm glad it welcomes pets. They also offered to-go breakfast bags, a feature I don't see very often and liked.

The room was huge, and the location and service were great. My sister gave us this stay as a Christmas present, our “24 hours kid free.” Breakfast was great, with sooo many options! I gave it four stars because the hot tub was out of order and the pool itself was freezing. We had really been looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub.

Staff were friendly and professional the whole time, and they even texted us to check that everything was okay. That opened up an easy way to communicate if we needed anything. We also saw plenty of staff walking around and working on small projects, which made it clear they care about fixing things and making a good place even better. The room was modern, clean, and spacious. The pool and hot tub were clean, modern, and roomy too, though the hot tub could have been a little warmer. We appreciated breakfast and the daily to-go bags. The hotel wasn't perfect, but it was clearly trying. We'd recommend it and stay again when we're in the area.

Great value, and the place felt clean, quiet, and safe. Zach was working overnight check-in and was one of the nicest hotel staff I've ever met. A wonderful stay.

Breakfast was a real win, hot, delicious, and kept well stocked. The room and pool were clean, and the workout room had plenty of good equipment. Service was quick, so I'll definitely book here again.
