I was in town from California for a week, and this hotel made the trip much easier and more enjoyable. The room felt cozy and home-like, was clean and comfortable, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was fresh with lots of good choices. Aimee and Tasha were wonderful, always kind, helpful, and available. I looked forward to saying hello to them each morning. The whole staff made me feel welcome from check-in onward. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in town.

I stayed for a week and had a great time. The rooms were large and nice, and the place was easy to get in and out of. There are a great donut shop, pettites pastries, and a bar, green onion lounge, within walking distance. Everyone was super nice.

The room had everything I needed to unwind after a busy day. It was spacious and spotless, and felt more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional, and they consistently seemed to care about my stay. The location was handy, with restaurants and shops nearby and an easy trip downtown. I'm looking forward to coming back to TownePlace Suites Omaha West.

We travel for work all the time, and the staff here make you feel at home, almost like family. Everyone knows who they are, and we appreciate how personable and easy to work with they are. Housekeeping also respected our DND sign every time. My wife sleeps during the day after night shifts, so being able to relax without anyone trying to come in meant a lot, especially after staying at places that ignored that request. We look forward to returning.
