I cancelled my two-week stay through Hotel Protection Plan on May 25, within the refund policy, but I was still charged $822. By October 25, I still hadn’t received anything. Hotels.com keeps telling me the refund is being processed, but five months is far too long. As of December 2025, there was still no refund. Don’t come here. I’ve sent an email to customer service. I’ll change my rating once my $822 is refunded.

There were bedbugs in the room, along with several holes in the walls. I also saw a lit window display with a Chucky doll, which seriously concerned me. I reported everything to the front desk right away and asked for a full refund. They granted it.
4/10
They’re doing work on the property, and it’s still not great, though it does the job. The staff were kind. The Motel 6 up the road is a little better, and this is the old Motel 6 that moved around 2011. I was curious and stayed one night. At $65 a night, I think it’s overpriced. For $50, I’d call it a bargain.
10/10
I needed a room late at night, so I called while driving over. The front desk gentleman took care of everything, and the manager greeted me with a smile and was professional and polite. The room was clean and nice, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities. Not a bug in sight. I’d stay again, 10/10.
4/10
The website listed a snack bar and coffee maker, but neither was in our room. Apart from that, I’d rate it 4/10.
