The beds were really comfortable, and the bunk room worked great for four of us. Dillon at the front desk was great too. We liked the FroYo place, and lunch at Burger Theory was fine. The water park closed at 9 PM, so we missed it because of family events. I was told the pool was cold, and the splash pad was just a splash pad, with no water to get submerged in. The kitchen was nice but had no paper goods and only tiny trash cans. Parking fills up fast, though downtown is close and Uber came quickly if you don't want to lose your first come spot. The Christmas decorations were nice, and there was a Santa event we missed. A nice hotel overall, but at this price I wish breakfast came with it.

Everyone we crossed paths with was incredibly kind, and Jenny, Jon, Karre, and Jane made our last-minute birthday party for the kids with a pretty big guest list feel effortless. The kids had a blast in the pool and arcade, and of course loved stopping at orange leaf. The sausage and onion pizza from Burger Therory was so good, chef's kiss. Our whole group was impressed, and everyone said they'd come back. Thanks so much, you guys were the best!

The water park seems especially suited to toddlers and elementary-age kids. Burger Theory was tasty, though pretty expensive, and the froyo spot was pricey too. Carlos and Karre at the front desk made check-in easy. Our room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, with good beds.

The water park was on the small side, but the hot tub was a good size, and I could keep a clear eye on my little one as he went up and down the slide what felt like a million times. The pool area is heavily chlorinated, though that's expected in a shared pool designed for kids. Ana checked us in quickly around 8:30 PM and made sure our very excited little boy had a little time at the water park. She was lovely and explained everything we needed to know. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Its heater wasn't working right, but maintenance responded very quickly. We hadn't realized the “kids under 12 each free” breakfast offer didn't apply because we booked through my husband's work for a small discount. Apparently kids eat free only when you book directly through Holiday Inn. Still, it was a great stay and we'll come back.

I had to wait until after 5 for my room, which was disappointing, but the place had a lot going for it. The kids loved the water park slides, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet at Burger Theory was great, and staff were friendly everywhere. Anthony is always smiling and so helpful, you see him moving around all over. Jon works incredibly hard too, he was there for over 12 hours Saturday and back bright and early Sunday.
