I was unsure about booking a hotel from a brand I didn’t know, but the reasonable price was the deciding factor. The room was clean and pleasant. When I asked the owner where I could get Indian tea, they made some for us and brought two cups with snacks. I liked the place and would stay again.

The people running this place were awful. I brought my own pillow, and bedbugs from it ended up throughout my house. I asked for a refund right away, but they kept my money, hid, and ignored my calls until checkout, when they were rude to me. I wasn’t raised to be racist, but after this I’ll never rent from a foreigner again. Straight trash.

I keep choosing this hotel when I visit Omaha. The staff work hard to make sure your stay goes well, and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. I also like the hot shower with good pressure, plus the full-size fridge, coffee pot, and microwave. It’s a great place for a reasonable price.

I stayed here for about a month when I first came to Omaha in August 2023. The location right off West Center Road was really convenient, and it was mostly quiet. The room was spacious and surprisingly clean. I’m always checking for bedbugs, but never saw one, and there weren’t any roaches either. Cleanliness matters a lot to me, so I appreciated that. It’s not fancy, and the place looked a little sketchy at first. Inside and out, it could use updating. The curtains didn’t close all the way, so I hung a blanket to keep people from seeing in. There were lots of out-of-state workers staying there. Hotels get expensive quickly when you’re away for work, even with per diem, and I wish they’d worked more with people staying for work. That might have helped keep people there longer. I know they didn’t want people leaving. My room had a microwave and refrigerator, along with plates, cups, mugs, and silverware, which came in handy. There was no stove, though. If you want to cook, be ready for that. I bought a portable burner, an air fryer, and a rice cooker to make it work. For a longer stay, it’s affordable, clean, and well located, as long as you know what to expect.
