The first year was great: the apartment was fresh and new, and the appliances seemed new too. Then, I think they changed property managers, and things went downhill fast. The dog park is rarely maintained, hardly anyone picks up after their dogs, and the resident handbook rules aren’t enforced. Apartments are starting to smell of cigarette smoke and weed. Maintenance requests get marked closed without the work being done. They say they’re changing them to “external requests,” but I think it’s just to make the numbers look better for Corporate owner Centerspace. I’ve submitted several requests and visited the main office about a simple issue that came up in February. It still wasn’t fixed by June. Also, avoid an apartment facing the parking lot if you can. The LED lot lights are insanely bright and shine through blackout curtains.

Sara made our move-in easy and even enjoyable. She was friendly, patient with all our questions, and quick to respond. She made sure we felt comfortable before move-in day and clearly cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. We’re so grateful for her help. What could have been hectic went smoothly from start to finish.

Faith made our move-in really smooth, and we’re excited to live here! We also worked with several other people who were all great. We had a couple of issues getting into the apartment, but they handled them quickly. The apartment layouts are great.

Faith gave me a great tour. She was welcoming and happy to answer my questions, and I left with all the information I needed plus extra details about the property and the units. She’s amazing. I’d recommend asking for a tour with her.
