The room they let our group use in the evenings to visit and play games turned out to be a real highlight. Our own rooms were spotless, comfortable, and stocked with what we needed, with cozy beds and a quiet, restful feel. The exercise room was clean and spacious, with good machines and weights. Breakfast was fresh, varied, tidy, and kept well stocked. Nia and Steve welcomed us warmly at the front desk. We had a few special circumstances with the reservation, and they quickly and cheerfully made the needed changes. They also suggested a nearby lunch place that was only a few minutes away, and it was great. We loved our stay at this Hampton Inn and will stay here again next time we're in Omaha.

Nia at the front desk was such a lovely welcome, bubbly, kind, and warm. She made a great first impression after my long day. I travel a lot for work, and this is my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in. The lobby was beautiful and smelled amazing, and my room was spotless with an incredibly comfortable bed. The whole property felt fresh, clean, and cared for. I'll definitely come back.

We often come to Omaha for appointments and usually stay with Hilton, but the evening desk clerk really let us down. She seemed annoyed and was rude when I asked about restaurants nearby and whether I could charge bottled water to my room. I lost the manager's email and wanted to let them know. The morning staff were great, but that evening we felt too uncomfortable to relax in the lobby with snacks like we'd hoped. We haven't had problems at Hilton properties before, and I hope we don't again.

I was hoping to make this hotel an annual stop and recommend it to others, since my stay here in 2024 had been excellent. Instead, a call to book two nights was extremely frustrating, and I never managed to complete the reservation. Ana was friendly, but after 28 minutes she still couldn't give me a clear, accurate rate or finish booking. I gave her my Hilton Honors number, the check-in and check-out dates, and confirmed I wanted two nights. The figures kept changing. She quoted different nightly rates, then rates with tax, then totals that didn't add up. When I asked her to explain, she gave new numbers that contradicted the earlier ones. She brought up a football game that weekend even though my dates were weekdays. At one point she realized she had quoted four nights instead of two, so we had to start over. She also commented that I didn't have many Hilton points and needed to use the membership more. She was distracted throughout the call, repeatedly interrupting to loudly greet guests in the lobby. She couldn't clearly break down the room rate, tax, or total charges. When I asked for a manager, she said nobody was available and she couldn't arrange a callback. Then she said, rather unprofessionally, “by the time you call tomorrow, the rate will go up.” When I pressed about the mismatched totals, she first said the difference was a refundable incidental hold, then doubled that amount when it still didn't add up. She next said it was because I lacked membership status, and finally blamed a “computer error.” Condescendingly, she said she'd “take a picture for me.” She put me on hold to check someone in, and I was never able to book.
