Before that, she went out of her way to help a food delivery driver find the right drop-off. She called the person who might have placed the order, then called the other property to locate the person receiving it. She did far more than she had to, making sure both the guest and driver got help. She was amazing at the front desk.

I was furious and felt completely insulted. I had booked a room at the other half of the hotel, Extended Stay, but both entrances look the same, so I thought they'd taken my $600 deposit. The desk clerk called me stupid and kept arguing instead of simply checking my key and explaining I was in the wrong section. The place smelled bad, and I later learned there was a rodent problem. I regret staying anywhere near here.

Natasha made the job look easy while being professional and easy to talk to. Her charming smile and get-it-done attitude made me want to return to this hotel.
