Rita and Carl were wonderful hosts, and Rita made a delicious Sunday breakfast. The room was spacious, and the bed was the most comfortable one I’ve slept in away from home. We enjoyed the wine so much that we left with several bottles. It’s peaceful and quiet here, and we really relaxed. Hope to return soon.

Breakfast was delicious, with fresh farm eggs, and the wines made lovely gifts for our friends on the island. Our room was comfortable and had a beautiful view, and the bed was great too. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed staying at Comforts of Whidbey and will come back when our travels bring us to Whidbey.

The morning breakfast was delicious, and there was much more of it than I expected. The owners were attentive hosts, and I had a wonderful stay at Comforts of Whidbey. I had to miss the wine tasting because I had an event to attend, but I’m already looking forward to another visit soon.

Rita and Carl made us feel right at home with their warmth and conversation. They designed and built everything in the guest suites with a local craftsman, and there’s so much thought and detail in every part. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was a treat, homemade by Rita with garden vegetables and farm fresh eggs. We enjoyed our complimentary glass of wine while looking out over the water and farm. The setting is peaceful and restorative. We left refreshed and already want to return to Comforts of Whidbey.

Carl and Rita were a pleasure to stay with. The place was clean and organized, the company was fantastic, and the breakfasts were incredible. I slept better than ever. It’s nice to find a family owned getaway so close to the everyday hustle and bustle. We’ll definitely be back next year. Alan & Pam Holm
