We only left because we bought a house, after living here from May 2024 to May 2025. Rent felt a little high, but with everything included I didn't mind; we had a one-bedroom plus den for two adults and an infant. The pool was great and consistently well kept, and we never had trouble with the mail room or workout room. Maintenance was fast, friendly, and respectful. Communication was amazing, so we always knew when something was happening. Our leasing agent was welcoming, kind, and helpful, and gave us a tour the same day I asked. I really loved our experience here. The only thing I didn't like was the parking, though that's not easy to control.

I liked the apartment when I toured a couple of months ago, but trying to arrange another tour has been a mess. I can only come on weekends, and they haven't tried to find a time with me even though Saturday hours are listed. I get that they're short staffed, but some effort would help. They say they'll call back and don't, and an appointment I made was canceled without any explanation. That kind of service put me off.

The apartments are nice, and the price seems good for what you'd be getting. My boyfriend and I toured Oaks at Lakeview a few weekends ago, and the leasing agent was so personable that we nearly chose the place. We ended up leasing somewhere else because we wanted to be closer to work. If we move again, we'd probably consider living here.

I've been here about two years and am moving to a larger two-bedroom. The transfer process is easy, and the move-in costs are hard to beat. The office staff have been professional and generous about working with my needs. They accept larger dogs than most apartments, and maintenance works hard to get things taken care of quickly.
