Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Downtown

The rooms are in poor condition, and parking costs over $20 a night. The bathroom wasn’t well maintained either, and the water took forever to drain. The location is good if you want to walk to a restaurant or certain venues downtown.

The lobby and sitting area were very nice, and the rooms had sitting areas too, with really comfortable beds. The bathrooms were a good size, and everything was very clean. A great downtown hotel at a reasonable price.

It was packed tonight, and Anthony at the front desk was the only worker. He went above and beyond and still gave us a great experience, though I’d recommend having another worker or manager come out to help. The poor guy was doing everything by himself. He recommended j Gilbert's, and my wife and I loved it.

The room was clean, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. But the road noise was atrocious, so if you want to sleep, this isn’t the place for you unless you bring very strong earplugs. Pet owners should know the fee is expensive: $125, and it’s not a deposit. A couple of smaller annoyances: restaurant hours should be listed on the TV instead of making everyone ask, and ice is only available on certain floors.
